We publish transparent pricing on our website. Owners pay a monthly management fee tied to collected rent plus a leasing fee when a new resident is placed. There are no add-on fees for inspections, account setup, or renewals.
Do you work with portfolios outside North Texas?
Our boots-on-the-ground team focuses on Collin, Denton, Dallas, Grayson, and surrounding counties so we can deliver hyper-local expertise. We’ll happily refer trusted partners in other metros.
How do I apply?
Browse available rentals, click Apply Now, and complete the secure online application. Each adult (18+) must submit an application and pay the screening fee.
What are your screening criteria?
We verify income (3x rent), rental history, credit patterns, and background reports in accordance with Fair Housing laws.
Do you offer guarantees?
Yes—leasing, eviction, and pet protection guarantees are available on qualifying plans. We also provide contract flexibility with a 60-day cancellation policy.
