A few details
Vacant units: the recurring Core fee is based on active occupied units. Leasing/placement services are separate.
Urgent issue routing: each property must have an approved emergency escalation plan during onboarding.
Maintenance: RRG can record and relay a repair report, but the owner controls vendor selection, scheduling, approval, and spending.
Legal work: RRG can support approved administrative workflows, but court representation and physical eviction work are outside the service.
